Do you accept insurance for hair systems?
We provide a superbill for reimbursement for a $150 fee. Every insurance policy is different, so be sure to check with your provider.
What do I need for reimbursement?
A diagnosis, a prescription for a cranial prosthesis, and a superbill from Bond Hair Bar.
Can you help with the insurance process?
Yes. For a $200 fee, we can act as your medical case manager to help submit the correct paperwork.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, flexible financing is available through third-party partners. Ask us for details.
Can I use HSA/FSA funds?
Many clients use HSA/FSA funds for medical hair loss services. Check with your provider to confirm eligibility.
Do I have to pay upfront?
A 50% down payment is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of installation.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Please provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of your service.
