This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our website (www.bondhairbar.com), our online booking pages, phone calls and text messages with us, and visits to the salon.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book an appointment, fill out a consultation or intake form, call or text us, or visit the salon, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, email address and mailing address
- Appointment details and service history
- Answers you give on consultation and intake forms. This can include information about your hair and scalp, and any hair loss or medical circumstances you choose to share so we can recommend the right service
- Photos of your hair, taken with your permission

Information collected automatically on our website. When you visit our website or booking pages, we and the service providers listed below collect information through cookies, pixels and similar tools. This includes your IP address, general location (city or region), device and browser type, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, and the website or ad that brought you to us.
Calls and texts. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the date, time and length of the call or message. If you call a number shown in one of our online ads or on our website after clicking an ad, the call may be routed through a forwarding number provided by Google so we can tell that the call came from an ad. Calls may be answered with the help of automated tools.

- Analytics and advertising partners, including Google and Meta, as described above. When you book with us or contact us, our Google tags may also send Google a hashed (scrambled) version of the email address, phone number, name or address you gave, so that Google can match bookings to ad clicks more accurately

We do not share your personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing.
